May 12, 2010- Tucson youth walked out of classrooms and conducted civil disobedience against the ban on ethnic studies in Arizona (HB2281) and against School Superintendent Tom Horne for his pledge to terminate ethnic studies in Tucson. Salvador Reza is now out of jail. Judge ordered his release. Prosecutor at the arraignment could not give a probable cause for the arrest. However, charges were not dropped.
